We accept returns for refund or exchange,for items damaged in transit
REFUND AND EXCHANGES: To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of receiving your candle at scentsofwisdom@gmail.com, upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of 7-10 days

When burning your candle make sure you burn your candle long enough each time so that the entire top surface of wax is melted to prevent tunneling. Before relighting your candle remove the ash build up from the wick. keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times for best performance. Look at the warning label on the bottom of your candle for more instructions
Soy melts:To prevent fire or injury Use only tea light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts
